This album was recorded very quickly due to the urgency of getting ideas, riffs, overdubs down immediately and in the moment. None of these tracks were written. Most of the tracks are first take and often improvised.

All tracks recorded in Island Bay, 2010 and 2011, except track 3 which was recorded in Aro Valley, 2009.
